There's the economic boom and recession as well as race tensions fired up from years of segregated schools and neighborhoods. |

“Sometimes football is the only thing people have to hope for and everyone loves to cheer for real-life heroes. Friday Night Lights is a phenomenal true story about having dreams and is really a comment on the American dream.”

“This is one of my all time favorite books i read in a long time. This book is about a town of obbse and young men who love the game of football, and such good teams play against other teams they now they can beat.
