“I tried 'Rhett Butler's people' to but couldn't get past the first few chapters.Why would anyone want to write a sequel? Well we all know why! We want to find out what happens next. I'm sure in the future when the MM estate wants to make more money we'll have Mammy's story, Prissy's story, Ashley's story, Scarlett's childhood, as spin offs ad nauseum. But really, why bother, the original author is no longer - so nothing will ever be written in the style of GWTW. We can all use our own imagination!!!”

“Even though I didn't see the movie, I would say you would probably find the book equally boring. I have it; I've read it; I finished the book just to humor the author, but it was really a waste of valuable reading time. Very insipid book and rather tacky too. Why wuold anyone want to write a sequal to the classic story of Gone With the Wind?”
