OK a small guide to the Fever World:

The first thing to remember when reading these books is you CANT just read the Fever series along. You almost have to read KMM's entire collection (and also know a fair amount of mythology, Irish and Scottish folklore, and then some!) to really truly appreciate and get wrapped up in this entire world. Some say to start with Into the Dreaming, but I say go for broke and read the entire collection. There are characters from past books that show up...

    If you have not read Faefever and do not want to know what happens - skip this post now!!!!

    Poor Mac!!

    First off - I loved the new stronger Mac we saw in this book. What has really struck me though - is that she;
    1.) Didn't ask the LM who killed Alina after he said he didn't.
    2.) She hasn't pursued the question of who is sending her these pages from Alina's journal with more vigor? It stands to reason that whoever is sending here these pages knows a lot about what is going on and may know or even be Alina's killer.
    3.) She hasn't asked Christian who the dreamy-eyed guy is? Could he be the one sending the journal pages?

    I can't wait for Dreamfever! I was so sad about Mac being raped and that whole storyline. I really hope it serves a higher purpose.

    More thoughts -

    4. Why doesn't she stand up to Barrons and insist he treat her like a person and not a possession? The way he acts scares me. The cake incedent and then the clothes? The branding? Why is it Ok to treat he that way? I don't like that the abuse is later made up with cars, clothes, gifts, etc.

    5. Why would the SQ send all the princesses out to hunt the LM? Doesn't make sense to me?

    6. Who is she dreaming about!!!!!
