I don't have enough words to say how wonderful this book is! Every reader should have one book that they can give more than 5 stars too--this would be the one I select.

It is the epic story of the 1919 Boston police strike, but more importantly tells the story of Danny, a Boston police officer and Luther Laurance, a black man forced to hide in Boston.
