I joined Curves at the end of February this year. It has worked wonders for me, so I felt like it was time to read this book. The first chapter made me feel like they were just trying to sell Curves to me and that was a bit of a turn off. After that chapter, the selling theme stopped and the book was packed with loads of interesting information. It goes over the at home version of the Curves workout which requires no equipment besides one of those stretchy tube things that you can get at...
