when training for a marathon, this was one of my resources. i ran two marathons - napa valley and sf. both beautiful runs. this book is worth owning if you are in training.

This had some good running tips but I could've been about 150 pages shorter. The best information of the book could probably be found on his website (which I have found helpful)

It seemed almost like an autobiography of Hal's career
