“Shogun is the story of a English adventurer named john blackthorn who is stranded in japan. At first he finds it hard to except this new society, but as he learns more about Japanese culture he finds himself sucked in. Soon he is trapped in a deadly, vicious struggle for romance and power: in which he is at the center. I recommend this book for adult level readers interested in a heavy and involved plot that includes violence and war fair, both real and political”
Have you finished it? What words do you now know thanks to this sweeping yarn? Who would enjoy it? Why did you?
I believe this review was helpful and makes me interested in this book because it seems like it has alot of Action and is sort of Dystopian due to the fact that it takes place in the past. It also gives a short summary. I think the review should tell me more about what his barbarian ways are and how his ship got wrecked. It would also be nice to know how close to reality this book is.
