I don't really want to bash this book too much, but I didn't think it was that great. Started off great, but in the end seemed about two hundred pages too long.
It's been years since I read this, but it was definitely not one of King's best. I remember while reading it thinking that he must have been on drugs. When I read 'On Writing' I found out he was. I do remember thinking the 3-D Jesus picture coming to life and talking was pretty cool, but if you're looking for a good King novel, skip this one and read 'Salem's Lot'. One of the creepiest books I've ever read. Slept with a Bible next to my bed for a year or more to keep the vampires away.
i was quite disappointed witht eh ending it seemed like it was a long time coming and then kinda rushed towards the end a good book but dunno if i'll ever read it again
how can you sell so many books when they are barely readable? great movie stock, though!
even amongst his fans, i think this is considered one of his worst
and that means something
