“Sharon Morris recommended this book and I've enjoyed it. It reminds me a lot of Tipping Point, and exploration of how external factors (that we're mostly unaware of) impact our behaviors. Some of the material in here has impact on libraries. Do we have a social or business contract with out patrons? We make the mistake of going back and forth. Puppets shows are a social contract. Fines are a business relationship. You can only be successful as one type or the other. Worth reading for all library workers. Valerie Horton
