I love how upsetting and disturbing it gets, and how the ending is a much deserved consequence of actions.”
“This book was really great. Even better the second time reading it through. There's a lot I missed the first time I read it because I was just too young to understand everything that was going on. I found myself feeling very sympathetic towards the cat though. ”

“This book is full of horrific moments, but none more so than the scene on the highway with Gage and the Orinco truck. My God does King pull the heartstrings in this viscerally suspensful and terrifying portrait of man versus machine.”
