“You must try this book. You'll love it. You'll sacrifice nights of sleep just to get through it. It's David Sedaris' best book in my opinion with "Holidays on Ice" coming in as a close 2nd. If you're not familiar with David Sedaris, then watch this youtube link to get a sense of his humor. He reads his own books on CD. It's the best way to enjoy his stuff because he delivers each line and tells the story so well.

“I adore David Sedaris's books. This one was okay, but it didn't live up to my expectations. The essays were not nearly as funny and entertaining as Me Talk Pretty One Day or Dress Your Family in Corderoy and Denim. If you're going to try one of his books, I'd recommend one of his earlier ones. ”
