Quotes edit see section history

  • “DHS, CASA, or CHBS had contact with Kelsey by phone, home visit, or by going along with Raye Dawn to a doctor's appointment approximately 52 times from June 16th to October 11th. In 118 days there were approximately 52 documented occasions where someone was either talking to or checking on Kelsey. When you realize how much contact was made in this case and the manner in whicvh officials were watchig this case, what happened next just does not make sense.”
