I've just finished reading "Interview With The Vampire", so I hope that this books redeems Lestat's character, because quite frankly he annoyed me the throughout IWtV.

This is a facinating book since being the series main character I learned much about Lestat from this book. It is a must read to understand the whole series about him.

Lestat De Lioncourt, the most ambitious, powerhungry , stubborn and so far my favorite of all vampire among Anne rice's creation. I think he's in the center of the community of the vampire chronicles even met up with the mayfair witches. From meeting Marius, Gabriellle, Armand, Akasha, Enkil, Maharet, Mekare, Claudia, The Ancient ones, Blackwoods, even Rowan and Mona. He's got the most colorful story to date. Simply love him.
