“Read in about an hour. Very superficial and generic... although would be a compelling read to non-readers because of it's short, brief chapters and content.”

It is kind of disturbing though, when a guy in the book named Ray steals this little girl named Alice he forcefully has sex with her. When she first gets kidnapped she doesn't know what to do or whats going on. He threatened her and said that if she ever lied or ran away from him that he would kill her whole family by burning their house down. Alice has lived with Ray sense she was little. He kid napped a girl before Alice, she let her go at age 16 she was soon found dead in a river near her house. Alice is now 16 and hoping to leave his house he hasn't let her go yet but they are both plotting on taking a little girl from the park and moving away so no one can find them. Alice is excited because she thinks that maybe this means he will let her go so Alice won't have to go through this abuse anymore and it will be someone else's turn. I think that this is a good book because it could definitely happen in real life and I'm sure it happens to girls all over the place. ”

“its a really good book. its about this girl who was kidnapped by a man named ray. he changed her name and brainwashed her it seems. she stood with him for 5 years fearing him. anything she did or say wrong it had a punishment.

she meets this guy (i forgot his name) tries to help her but ray is now after his sister and is using "alice" to get her but thing go wrong sher tells the little girl she needs to run but the girl is clueless so ray grabs her but her brother shoots him. a really good book. but becareful the way the author writes is confusing but all you gotta do is keep up. :)”“This book is amazing, it about this girl whos name is katlyn, but her raper calls her Alice. Alice was abducted when shewas 11. Alcie is now 15, and is still couped up and has nasty things done to her by Ray. Ray makes Alice sleep with her, forces himslef on her, doesnt let her eat. This book makes mes sick to my stomache, but the best book i have ever read.”
