The Vibrational Universe: Harnessing the power of thought to consciously create your life examines the power and significance of thought. The author explains that often in our lives we sabotage ourselves and our dreams by concentrating on negative thought. In focusing our efforts on self doubt and the what ifs, we tend to send out energies that draw these negative aspects into our lives. Even when we do try to focus on more positive thoughts, we still tend to let our doubts seep through or try to use negatives such as the fear of failure to reach our goals. Eventually, however, these thoughts overwhelm any positive thoughts we have and again we start to attract more negative aspects that stall our progress. The Vibrational Universe: Harnessing the power of thought to consciously create your life looks at the intricacies of thought and teaches the reader how to gradually change his or her negative thoughts into more positive thoughts that will attract success.

The Vibrational Universe: Harnessing the power of thought to consciously create your life looks at thought in two very different ways. First the author examines thought in a quantitative scientific way. Then, the author looks at thought in a more qualitative metaphysical way. By combining these two seemingly different aspects, and through the use of numerous examples and analogies, the author explains the importance of thought upon our actions, the world that we create, and how we react to our life circumstances.
