“Excellent cyberpunk. I find this genre to be completely hit or miss, and although Amazon recommends all of it to me based on my purchases and reviews, I don't like it all.
I like this! In fact, I love it. Writing stories of a world where death is merely an irritation (in most cases) and backups can be restored in a moment's notice is difficult, because the stakes seem so low. Morgan manages to create a rule-set that still makes it interesting and characters that you are still able to care about and root for in his stories.
I've just ordered everything that Morgan has written from Amazon, so I'll post reviews on his other works as soon as I finish them.”
