A must-read for non-designers involved in a web or application design

“Great book about usability, no major revelations but Krug articulated the message simply & brilliantly.
Read it a while ago, it's not new but probably still has value.”
“Trivial, short and disappointing. Read it in 90 minutes.”

How many usability books make you laugh out loud? Krug's book is a great introduction or refresher for web usability. He covers the most important bits, with parallels to the real world.
Bonus: He includes a suggested reading list at the end, with cover art and explanations for why you might read each book. I've followed his advice on a few, and have been very pleased.”
