Great book about usability, no major revelations but Krug articulated the message simply & brilliantly.

Read it a while ago, it's not new but probably still has value.

Most of the information is really common sense, as the subtitle indicates. Written for non-techies in a playful style. Some tips about persistent navigation, secondary navigation, usability tests, how your homepage should look like, how to choose your tagline, and a lot more......

Simple, no-nonsense advice on usability process and benefits... Specially useful for the uninitiated and underfunded.

Absolutely helpful and absolutely entertaining! How many usability books make you laugh out loud? Krug's book is a great introduction or refresher for web usability. He covers the most important bits, with parallels to the real world.

Bonus: He includes a suggested reading list at the end, with cover art and explanations for why you might read each book. I've followed his advice on a few, and have been very pleased.

A must read before embarking on a website project whether you're the company owner, marketing department, copywriter, or developer/designer. Great usability testing advice for any budget. A quick, enjoyable read, too. Humor, personality and easy-to-skim graphics.

Great, down-to-earth discussion of usability for web pages. Sometimes counter-intuitive.
