I found this book a huge challenge to the imagination, when I let myself suspend disbelief it was quite demanding. Not an enjoyable read, but I had a sense it was quite important.

I loved it, but I wouldn't read it again. Nor would I teach it.

The last paragraph was worth reading the whole book.

A bleak but beautiful comentary on human nature within a post apocalyptic world.

Could possibly be the best book I've read. The author is so good at creating a tone to his work. There is such a sensitivity in the little boy that brings hope and sadness...I loved it and I can't wait to see the movie, even though it'll probably not be even close.

I loved this book. It is apocolyptic, which I usually can't stand. But, I loved it. It is about a father and his son, travelling the road, after something tragic has happened to the Earth. A quick read, even for me. It gave you the feeling of what it would really be like if we were stripped of the finer things in life. Just the basics. I really enjoyed it.

Terribly depressing, and totally messed with my mind for a long time after I had finished it, but truly beautiful and well worth the read.
