Yes | No“I'm not sure why this is the third book in the trilogy, because chronologically it comes before The Queen's Bastard! This is the story of Elizabeth's teen years. I have read other accounts where Thomas Seymour is a more sympathetic creature than in this one, but I tend to think that Maxwell's version is more believable based on the historical record. This book was a quick read.”
