The ending seemed a little rushed, a little too much like a "The End...?" cliffhanger without drama. Despite being a little gory for my taste, the concept behind the book and the way the "dialogue" with the bad guys was written was scary as hell. I'm glad I read this during the daytime!

Infected offered a lot of promise, but fell slightly short. The book is great page turner and keeps one on the edge of their seat until the very end, then falls flat. The beginning storyline felt as if it could develop into a plausible scenario with Doomsday proportions. It than began to take a turn into the unbelievable which was very disappointing for a first time published author. This book should be recommended for the promise of what the author can produce in the future, but should...

    This was an interesting concept for a book. It was a good plot, kept me reading on but MADE ME ITCH!!! I would read his next book because there certainly was room for a follow-up alathough I can't quite see where else this theme can go.
