Keep an open mind when you read this. I'm trying to follow all the recommendations to the letter and so far, the results are great! My blood type is A, what's yours?

Hey, I'm open to new ideas, it makes sense to me (it beats the ice cream diet)...and my constant stomach ache went away after I adopted some of the changes in my diet that D'Adamo suggests so I'm sticking with it for a while. It may be worth a try for you too. I'm not touting it as the truth yet until I know more so see a doctor first.

This book is amazing, it does what it suppose be. I accidently bought this book once my flight to my country got dealyed. I just bought it to make my time passing.
But after sometimes when I realized there is no way to get my wight reduced or to streamline my health. I went to this book as a final approach. BUT.. the results never be expected. It was not to get my wight reduced but to clear out all the aches and body control was really un beleiveable. Its not diet program. But how to get fully healthy and to know what's good and bad about your self.

the only "diet" book I will ever purchase, it's really more about how blood types evolved and how food effects different blood types, I have used just some of these recommendations and felt 100 times better, vegetarians probably won't like it though, especially if they are blood type o's . . .

This book gives a fair insight into a complete diet plan according to one's blood group, it makes for interesting reading!! The case studies on various illnesses add to the practical nature of this book. Altogether a good book for a good discussion!!

I've owned this book for years and have loaned it out several times. It's a good reference book for herbs and vitamins that work with one's blood type. I cannot say that I have ever personally followed the "food" parts (though they make up the bulk of the book) because I find eating restrictions of this magnitude to be a bit cumbersome.

Me and my girls started the diet. A bit difficult to follow as my darling is a Type "O" and me and my girls are all Type "A".....I have to cook meat for my darling, and fish for me and my girls. But even if we didn't lose weight so fast, we all felt better after only a week into the diet. I just have to find more sources for fish etc.
