The lifelong diets, insinuated as best for everyone regardless of health (for their maximum health) are completely unrealistic.
Personally? I am supposed to eat only organic, grass fed beef, some fruit, and salmon. Lentils and kidney beans are supposed to make me fat and sick. Peanut butter and eggs and cheese and beans - potential *other* protein sources - are "no nos." Who can possibly live like that?
Still, a fascinating concept for the perfect dietary world.”
