“I got a few good chuckles out of this. Like all of his books it is written with humor and he pokes fun of himself. It goes more into his personal life than his other books.”

I love how Shatner refers to his speech as "Shatnerian Eloquence" and if you read it in that tone, it's even better. I also liked how in the middle of paragraphs he would just...
Star Trek mugs, t-shirts, hats, posters, collectors plates, watches, Christmas ornaments, binders, pens, waffle makers....
... go off on random strains of thought. It added a great deal of humor, because you really had no idea when they were going to show up.
I also thought it was interesting to find that the character he is most like, is actually Denny Crane. Denny. Denny Crane.”
“I have always loved the Shat man. This is a funny and sometimes heart-warming read.”

Sure, he's a wacko. But a funny wacko. You don't read this for truth, you read it to get a chuckle, and the last line is priceless. That's price-less, not PriceLine. ”
“If you were an original Trekkie and loved Kirk, this is a fun read. William Shatner definitely has his tongue in cheek while writing this. Who knew he was such a riot. Enjoyed reading about his early life. ”
