The authors have delicious recipes for all kinds of bread. The doughs can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, and you just cut a hunk off, let it rest and then bake it. “Excellent recipe for that really crusty artisan bread that couldn't be easier to make! I highly recommend this.”

It is wonderful to be able to just reach in my fridge grab a bit of dough, knowing shortly I will have a delightful loaf of home made bread! Love it!”

I would have liked more pics (cookbooks with pics of tasty food are more inspiring, I think) but this book is essentially the only reference of this sort out there. Sure, there are lots of books on baking with breadmakers or baking for hours on end from scratch, but this is the only book I've found on this method, and for filling a void, it rises from 4 to 5 stars.”
“Having learned the art of baking bread from my mom and knowing how complicated it can be, this book makes breadbaking a walk in the park! Love it! The recipes range from super easy to experience required, but they are all equally tasty. I feel however that the amount of dough the basic recipes make does not yield the same results they are getting, so my recommendation is to make one batch first, see how it goes and then double up from there! Bon apetit!”

Being a bread maker 'from away back' - a line of bread baking women in my family, I was a bit skeptical, yet excited to try the master recipe out.
I've made it MANY times now and NEVER had a failure. Amazing. You can't get this texture etc in a traditionally baked loaf unless you had something like a woodfire oven or something.
BUY THIS for yourself, for your family, for your friends. Even guys - its SO simple, so straightforward.
Any rating I could give this would go right off the chart!”
