  • Ambrose, aka Flycatcher: He was the Frog Prince before becoming the Woodland Building's lowly janitor.
  • Trusty John: A trusted member of Fabletown until it was discovered he was a spy for the Adversary. He was forced to jump alive into the Witching Well.
  • Frau Totenkinder: She's the witch with a thing for gingerbread houses, but now she serves Fabletown - doesn't she?
  • Red Riding Hood: It's pretty clear she has a thing for Flycatcher, but she prefers you use his real name, Ambrose.
  • Bigby Wolf: He's the big bad wolf, and now a husband and father.
  • The Cubs: There are seven of them, but only six that most know about.
  • Snow White: She's married to Bigby and is the mother of seven unruly kids.
  • Shere Khan: A terrible tiger from Jungle Book fame, killed by Snow White up at the Farm.
  • Prince Charming: A womanizer of note, he's also the duly elected mayor of Fabletown.
  • Beauty and the Beast: She's the deputy mayor. He's the town sheriff. What a lovely couple.
  • The Forsworn Knight: His past is a mystery, but he's been dead and hanging in the Woodland's business office for centuries.
  • Bufkin: A monkey of the flying variety. He works in the business office.
  • Kay: He can see all the evil anyone has ever done just by looking at them - at least when he hasn't gouged out his own eyes.
  • Boy Blue: A hero of old and recently a clerk in the business office, lately he's been serving time at the Farm for past misdeeds.
  • Rose Red: She runs the Farm, which puts her in charge of Boy Blue's confinement there.
  • Gretel: Hansel's sister. She died long ago and was buried down the Witching Well.
  • Bluebeard: A black-hearted villain. Prince Charming slew him years ago and dumped his body down the Witching Well.
  • Weyland Smith: He died a heroic death during the battle of Fabletown. His body was also sent down the Witching Well.
  • The Emperor: He's a puppet, but a mighty one - the figurehead for an empire that spans over a hundred worlds.
  • Hansel: The Empire's dreaded Witchfinder General, he's now their ambassador to Fabletown.
  • Geppetto: He seems just a lowly woodcarver, but he's the legendary Adversary and the true power behind the Imperial throne.
  • The Snow Queen, aka Lumi: One of Geppetto's most trusted advisors, her powers are vast and her heart is wicked through and through.
