“I bought this book thinking it would be more about her weight loss but it actually was more of a biography. She has had an interesting life for sure, I just had different expectations.”

“Valerie has a really great attitude and sense of humor. I enjoyed reading her story and am happy that she seems to have achieved a fulfilling and peaceful lifestyle.”

“It was okay. I was really hoping to get inspired by her story but was not. It was an okay read. She came off being honest and open and fair when it came to her life and her ex-husband and her son. I don't know if I would want the whole world to know about me, my life and my weight.”
