• Families are meant to be a safe, loving place for children to grow and develop. When these strong bonds of trust are broken, however, a single mistake can cause a lifetime of regret. I wrote this fictional account from the perspective of the guilty party, to explore the motivations behind actions that may hurt the ones we love the most.
