“Book two amps up the action, romance, and drama. Fighting Strigoi is the plan and falling in love is something that cannot be avoided.”

“I really enjoyed this book! After the events of the first novel, it seems as if everything at the academy is finally calming down. When Rose heads off to take her gaurdian examinations, she believes that things are finally normal. Upon arrival, she finds her instructor murdered by strigoi. Rose and her classmates are determined to solve this strigoi problem once and for all, and they risk their lives to do so.”
