“I read a preview copy of this book, and I really enjoyed it. Having lived in Tuscaloosa, Alabama during my undergrad, I really enjoyed revisting the town through Wilson's description and characters. While some of the subject matter, I couldn't identify with (adolescent homosexuality), I could identify with the over-arching theme of trying to find one's place in the world through the eyes of teenagers.”
