“I read this book in about 2.5 hrs. It was entertaining. It certainly does not beg any of the big questions in life. Howerver, for a beach read it would be great.”

COMMENTS: library book. Jane has an imaginary friend named Michael. On Sunday they go to the St. Regis Hotel together and he orders melon & she indulges in hot fudge sundae, then onto browse in Tiffany's. At the age of 8, Michael's "job" is done & he leaves Jane. He tells her she will not remember him. However, she does and goes onto write an award-winning play -- Thank Heaven -- based on her childhood w/ Michael. While in her 30's she thinks she may see someone that could be Michael ... but how could this be if Michael was her imaginary friend. Sweet story. ”
