This book is a must for anyone with a dog. The tehniques in the book are for 'dogs with issues' but any owner can use them. I've been using the teachings in here with my own dog who has been highly reactive to the extent I had to muzzle him in training sessions to prevent him from biting me when his lunging at other dogs got him nowhere. He is now a credit to me, and other owners are saying how they wish they had a placid dog like him!

I'm a dog walker and now use the techniques with the reactive dogs I walk. They are all improving too!

Great Book. Leslie McDevitt gathered resources that have been used by many individuals for many years and made them into a great CU program. The methods used are gentle and desensitice the dog instead of flooding them with their fears and a "get over it" attiude. Great job Leslie, can't wait to meet you!!!
