I'm in love with this book!! Imhotep IV is dashing and debonair, even while in his mummy wraps. Lillian is strong and willfull. London is beautiful and adventerous, the artwork that portrays all the above is lush and evocative, while the writing is hilarious and silly. Going from absurd, to bizarre, without ever leaving base-camp, this tale is laugh-out-loud with lots of funny!

This book was horrible. I ordered it for the Library because it got such good reviews, boy am I disappointed. The story is simply absurd. FIrst of all, it just jumps right into this 3000 year old mummy walking around with no explanation as to how this is possible. Then a bunch of weird things happen, then it's over. The only thing I enjoyed were the illustrations, they were wonderful.
