The artwork on the front cover really caught my attention right away and I knew I had to read it. This book covered the evolution of urban culture thorough out the world. This booked explored everything from graffiti to music, it showed you where different dance styles and music originated from and how it spread across the globe. Our home town of NYC was a major influence when it came to dance and graffiti. Reading this book was sort of like stepping into a time machine, you got to see the old subway trains covered form top to bottom in graffiti and see the styles worn by break dancers of the time. It was quite an interesting book and sort of makes you wish you were part of it, it might be a cool read for someone wishing to reminisce on old times.
