They are close to my heart, for the reason that they were the first Young Adult series - and book - that I ever read. I thought the first few books were great, but then they started losing their touch. |
“Love this book... I just wished Micheal and mia got back together. They were sooooo perfect. Jp good to though... ”

I liked this one because she finally found a guy that was better for her to date, and not her best friend's brother that was rude and left her.”

Reading the other books in the series is not necessary to catch up. She fills you in on all her troubles. Mia is suffering of emotional depression. As a princess, she has many duties on top of that she is having relationship depression. Busy officials as she is may have trouble. We call all relate to being lost with assignments. Mia finds it hard to build a bridge and carry on with her life.

When she is asked to speak at a gala for Domina Rei her enemy dose something that is UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Mia doesn’t think things could get any worse than they already are until her dad signs her up for a therapist class. Mia’s life is getting worse by the minute, until she finds a 400 year old diary that could change the life’s of the Genovian people. How do you think this could turn out?
Reflection: I give this book 4 out of 5 because I like the way it was writing in the diary form. I like reading what people like to write in their life dairies. One thing I didn’t really like or understand was why she capitalized a bunch of her words. I really like when it shows what her and her friends are talking about on the computer chat, or when they’re passing notes in class. I liked how these books were movies, and in the movies you could see Mia writing in her dairy but you never knew what she was writing, but now you do.
