Great book with solid takeaways and great examples of what high impact nonprofits do AND how your nonprofit can do the same.

Though best for those in non-profits, I liked this books evenhandedness. They researchers studied a broad range of non-profits and distilled their recommendations to an easy-to-understand list of principles. The basic message: service is not enough - you must advocate for policy changes too.
