  As i was reading this story I was thinking about how i might react if i was in the same situation and i was enjoying the humor and suspense. I have loved all of Carole Wilkinson's books they have always been exciting and interesting to me! The situations in the book that they are facing in the book are crazy, they leave me thinking would i like to be in that situation or would i not want to be in the situation. They are really cool.
  The author affected me reading the story because they use all the words that you would use in the town or city that they are in, in the book. I thought that that was really cool about her books!
  I think Ping learned the most lessons in this book, because she has to learn how to do everything that has to do with either taking care of her dragon or learning about how to use her powers to protect Kai. Ping always is learning something new, what not to do or to do.
