“I am still reading this book (I'm a little more than half way through). The author obviously did a lot of research and I am learning things about Chopin that I had not read any other biography about him. But the organization is really bad. Information is repeated often and the timeline is all over the place. There is a chapter about George Sand that I thought was well written and very informative. This chapter was far superior to some books devoted to her life. I would have given this a higher rating if it were better organized. ”
