Okay, I didn't really care for this book. I am not much for the courtroom drama I guess. It was okay but I wouldn't ever read it again.

I am enjoying the book. I have not yet finished but it is pretty good. It is not my typical read though. I prefer mysteries to courtroom dramas but I have enjoyed it and can't wait to see how it ends.

I just started this book and i am on page 100 and it seems to be dragging a lot. And now that I have read the posts about the ending which I am a little bit glad I found out about beforehand. .Should I keep reading it? Does it get better as the story goes into the election and politics? Or does the story continue to move really slow?

I think it is interesting the way he has chosen to try and make a point with this book. I have no doubt that this probably does happen, which is very sad. Also interesting is that it came out at a time when voters would be reading the book and co-incide with the upcoming elections. The end was dissapointing, but I i think it was foreseeable in the way he pre-cursored it earlier in the book.

I like courtroom dramas and in this book depicts all the emotions of each character. Indeed John Grisham is a Titan!

at the time grisham's latest book was out on the market, i can't wait to have a copy and start reading...the first part of the book was kinda dragging though...but the latter part was simply nerve-racking!

however, i was greatly disappointed with the ending - the way carl trudeau got even richer despite Krane Chemical's deadly effect on people's health all over Cary County...=(
