Didn’t Like It“I could never make it in the diplomatic corps of ANY country. Personally, I have a great difficulty in rewarding peoples peace and appeasement for bad behavior. I thought that the author's analysis of the three best Americans on this issue was particular odd and interesting collection: Henry Kissinger, Jimmy Carter, and James Baker.”
