Mihaly has done a great job in terms of extracting from creative people the key characteristics that made these people very creative.
This book has helped me understand and identify my style of working. It has helped me to improve my creative thinking process. ”

Mihaly derives lots of interesting conclusions by studying creative people like Nobel laureates, musicians, artists etc. He gives good enough reasons how he derives these conclusion. But this book is it is too damn long. Author spends lots of time with anecdotes (sometimes repeatedly) to make a point.”
“Worst of the series.”

After wading through lots of psychological journal articles, returning to this book is a relief. Although most dismiss it as pop-psychology because of Csikszentmihaly's success with this and his concept of 'flow', it is a wonderfully inclusive vision of creativity and innovation. ”
