Instead, this book is a collection of pieces done by Adams as well as the beginnings of what would have been The Salmon of Doubt novel. In typical Adams' humor, the essays cover a range of topics from laptops to dogs. It truly is sad that Adams will not be able to complete what would have been the last book in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series.”
