I do appreciate that he cites sources and additional material at the end of each chapter. ”

After each chapter, I would spend some time reflecting on how the concepts introduced could be applied to both my personal and professional life.
Conley presents his message of consciously seeking transcendental experiences without sounding self-righteous or evangelical. He simply presents how he was able to use Maslow's hierarchy of needs as a template to save and nurture his business and offers himself as an example of how it can be done, with the disclaimer that it won't be the same journey for everyone.”
