“Is it just me or do people either get this book or not? Its 5 star or low star, and the complaints I see leveled is that its 'too whiney' or 'too self-obsessed'. In my opinion, this book is a perfect example of introspective self exploration, with the courage and drive, which only coming from the bottom of the barrel can do, to carve out a new existence, one that matches her insides to her outsides. I'm just going to throw it out there, that people who don't DO introspection, or question things, and try to get to the root of things, are the ones that didn't GET this book. To them it was written in another language. Any thoughts?”
“I agree, that if you've never questioned where you came from, where you are going, what you are doing, and perhaps who you are all-together, you probably didn't enjoy this book at all. I loved it, which certainly says a lot about me! Part of the title is "One Woman's Search For Everything". Doesn't that sum it up? An introspective book about HER search for what was missing in HER life. Well, I understood her language and enjoyed it immensely.”
“I'm there with you Celticopia......it's all about self exploration & finding that peace within you.....and as Colten said, "It was an adventure!"”
“That makes sense. I think I agree. I am introspective, so I enjoyed it. I can't understand why any woman would NOT like this book unless she has never been through anything or taken a risk or is judging the author.”
