“Good book. Definitely could have been done better. But the key is the emerging trend that is coming along that most in the business world are not paying the right attention to. Good eye opener in that sense. ”

“Not as well written as The world is flat or any of the Gladwell books but some important ideas for the internet age”

This made me feel very positive about the future. And excited to be part of it. It's occurred to me that the revolution we sought in the 60s has been brought about in a much different, un-envisioned way, by the "power to the people" that the Interenet provides.”

The case studies are interesting, and Don makes the case for the importance of understanding and applying mass collaboration, sharing, peering, and open practices. I believe, too, that he is right that it will be years for most businesses to "get it." I found the book compelling.”

What is interesting is the scope and force of his argument. While other authors have tinkered with ideas involving web 2.0, crowds, technologies, and virus like behaviour, Tapscott ties together several changes in the business and social environment. He envisions an *economy* that favours workers who systematically operate in online spaces, posses tactics, skills and strategies altogether different from those championed throughout the industrial age.”

This book gives us a lot of hints to survive on post industrial capitalism world, specially for engineering people. ”
