27-Dec: I've just begun yesterday and I already reached Part 2, the book is really good, this series gets more intresting with every flip of a page, I can't get enough I really want to see what will happen next!! How will the author fix Jace and Clary's situation?! will they stay brother and a sister or will she suddenly bring a missing fact to the table?!

Wasn't as crazy about this one as the first, but almost. Ms. Clare is fleshing out some of the characters more, filling in more back story. Also, there were plenty of 'cryptic' remarks to keep me interested in the rest of the story. Looking forward to meeting all these characters again in City of Glass

Clary Fray just wishes that her life would go back to normal. But what's normal when you're a demon-slaying Shadowhunter, your mother is in a magically induced coma, and you can suddenly see Downworlders like werewolves, vampires, and faeries? If Clary left the world of the Shadowhunters behind, it would mean more time with her best friend, Simon, who's becoming more than a friend. But the Shadowhunting world isn't ready to let her go -- especially her handsome, infuriating, newfound brother,...

Just as good as the first. Usually when authors write series of books they get worse as the series goes on...but not this one, both of the books I've read have been awesome ^.^

Ah, OK, so the second book grew on me a little bit. I found that things appeared to be a little less cliched and a little more interesting than I felt that the first one was. Although the book was overall predictable to a notable degree and doesn't contain anything groundbreaking in story or characters, it's still an enjoyable read and will be sure to please fans of urban fantasy or romance.

2nd book in the trilogy. Hard to put down. Clare makes you feel everyone's emotions without it getting touchy feely.

This book was so0o much better then the first. Alot of questions are answered. You learn alot about Valentine and what his motives are..Jace and Clary's relationship. Simon and the changes he goes through. I can not WAIT to read City of Glass!
