Why do you think BJ shot Jacky? Was he jealous of what he had, or angry because of his relationship with Icy and neglecting Molly by having a second family?

I am really confused as to why BJ shot Jacky. That whole section was really confusing to me. Also, I don't know why Molly was still close and okay with BJ after he shot the love of her life.
