The final (?) installment in the series, this one is shorter, but more of the same mouthing off and danger for Max and the "flock." Max has more time to think about her feelings for Fang in this one and the author is a little preachy about global warming, but it was a satisfying read and appropriate ending.

This book was very disappointing. They go to Antarctica, they get captured by someone who isn't explained, they are then auctioned off to people who aren't explained, then are saved by a hurricane, and all for global warming. There better be another one.

yes i thought the final warning was going to be about them stopping the next big Hitler or something but NO it's about GLOBAL WARMING! which we don't even know if it's truly happening or not! and it was just random stuff going on and it was a little confusing and could he put off max and fangs relationship and longer and think max needs to grow up! but i think if you've read the other ones then you have to read this one to maybe the next one will be better

I was so mad, i was addicted to the maximum ride series and i couldn't wait to see what happened next. I finishes the book in less than a day and i was really disappointed. It seemed like someone else had wrote the book. I just found out there's gonna be a sixth book but I'm not exspecting much since it's also about global warming. I'm not saying we shouldn't be aware but he totally skipped from genetic experiments and fighting the school to global warming and government stuff.
The whole thing with max and fang has been put off so much we've all been waiting for something really important since book one like a proper relationship. I think they're stretching it out for money purposes and if they keep doing books like the 4th one they'll start losing fans fast.
