  “I thought Gerald Weinberg did a really nice job with this book. It was useful and a great read. He captures and retains your attention throughout. I have not found this with all of Gerald Weinberg's books (e.g. An Introduction to General Systems Thinking). This book was much more accessible compared to his others, but perhaps I just need to those books another chance.”
