I think the audience for this book is fairly straight forward based on the title. Krugman goes all out on the offensive against Republicans and takes us all the way back to the 1920's to establish his points. I feel that his arguments are sound, wonderfully explained and justified. I won't even begin to lie and say that he offers an objective point of view, as the negatives of his arguments are never really pointed out. I had to read this book for my AP Government Class. It was extremely hard for me to get through, especially since I disagreed with many of the points brought up in the book.
